1. Allowed Content

• Only titles styled after Japanese, Korean, Chinese comics (or similar Asian-origin formats) are permitted.
• Exceptions for self-published comics from other cultures require staff approval.

2. Uploadable Content

2.1 Allowed Content

• Translated comics (partial uploads must be clearly marked and ideally planned for completion).
• Original, self-published webcomics.
• Not permitted: Artbooks, official rips, incomplete translations with no intent to finish.

2.2 Exceptions

• Uploader is publisher or has permission (proof required).
• License expired or publisher ceased operations.
• Series is out of print or unavailable through official sources.

3. Upload Restrictions

• Locked group: Only members may upload.
• Multiple groups: Upload allowed if at least one is unlocked.
• Reuploads must offer new translations, better typesetting, or improved raws.
• Joke uploads only allowed on April 1st.

4. Inactive Groups & Unlocking

• No public release in 4 months = eligible for unlock.
• 2-month wait after staff contact request.
• Disbanded groups marked inactive immediately.

5. Upload Source Restrictions

• No deceptive websites: pop-ups, fake buttons, malware, adblock blockers.
• Paywalled translations are forbidden.
• No AI-generated/machine-translated chapters without human review.
• Don’t withhold chapters to redirect traffic elsewhere.

6. Title Creation Guidelines

• Avoid duplicate titles. Use all alt titles when searching.
• No suffixes like (Author Name) to differentiate.
• Oneshots stay in anthologies; serialized versions must be linked correctly.

7. Metadata Standards

• Use description field for summaries only.
• Rating based on sexual content level (Suggestive → Erotica → Pornographic).
• Status reflects origin country, not translation.

8. Cover Art Requirements

• Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, GIF.
• Minimum size: 300×450px; must be portrait.
• No fan-edits. Official covers only if tagged properly.

9. Chapter Guidelines

• Max 500 images or 200MB/chapter. No more than 20MB/image.
• No altering another group’s chapters without permission.
• Watermarks and political/offensive extras are forbidden.

10. Group Management

• List all contributing groups.
• Only translators may upload with "No Group".
• Credit all participants or risk penalties.

11. Chapter Naming Rules

• No fake suffixes like [HQ] or v2 (only (Censored), (Uncensored) allowed).
• Use decimals for split or bonus chapters (e.g., 5.1).
• Use Volume as Season for Korean webtoons.

12. Conduct & Enforcement

• Impersonating staff → immediate ban.
• Don’t spam reports. Use civil comments.
• Alt accounts allowed; abuse = full ban.
• Automated tools discouraged without approval.
